POSITION TITLE:           RX OK Program Coordinator

LOCATION:                   Chickasha Office

Position Summary: This is a full time position with benefits after qualifying period. Input information for the RX Oklahoma Prescription Program, meet with current and new clients and make small/large group presentations.

DUTIES:

• Schedule appointments for RX OK Clients.
• Coordinate paperwork as required by RX OK program.
• Assist in maintaining client folders.
• Attend all required training.
• Prepare and present small and large group presentations.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
• Must be able to prioritize workload.
• Strong communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Computer experience.
• Possess a valid Oklahoma Driver's License and Vehicle Liability Insurance.
• Must be insurable.
• Provide satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
• Pass OSBI background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
